What we know and what we think we know about the "next Galaxy"

With the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy "whatsit" only days away, its time for a round up of the mostly likely to be true rumors and the true rumors (well then thy're not rumors, right?). Let's get started...


1. True - Its going to be called the Samsung Galaxy S3. This may seem like a dumb point but there was lots of speculation going on about a name change. But, recently a Samsung executive let slip the name.

2. True - It's going to run Ice Cream Sandwich. If not, it's not worth your time.

3. Maybe - It's going to be run off a 1.4 GHZ Exynos 4 processor.

4. Mostly - A 4.8 inch Super AMOLED display. We can always use more screen real estate (but not too much though).

5. Maybe - 8 MP camera, although some people believe it's a 12 MP one.

6. I hope so - It's time for this feature, let's hope Samsung decide to stick USB 3.0 connectivty onto the S3. Sure maybe it won't be used as much but answer this question. " Do you really exploit all the capability's of your smartphone" ? Probably not, so in the end it's just more bang for your buck!

Okay, okay, enough speculating, lets just be patient and wait it out until Thursday!
